A bit after we returned to the hotel, Ann asked if I could bring her some ice cream. Sure enough, they had lots of ice cream. Here is the surprise: the generic Walmart brand of ice cream (which cost about $1.70 for the 48 ounce size), was kosher. Not only that, but the Rocky Road which contains marsh mellow was kosher and that is very rare because the kosher certification requires the gelatin be made from fish bones.
Yes I bought some and it was pretty goood.
